Arthur Ray Andrews, 79, of Lewisburg passed away at his residence on Tuesday December 31, 2024.   He was born March 7, 1945 to the late Arthur Donald Andrews & Lillian Melinda Andrews.  He is survived by his brother Jerry Andrews of California, sister Ann West (Jack) of Yorktown, VA, sister Donna Andrews of Yorktown, VA, & sister-in-law Sue Thomas (David) of Mt.
