Barbara Jean Hyams 69, of Russellville passed away on Wednesday March 20, 2024, surrounded by family.  She was the daughter of the late John A. Cothran & Floretta (Armstrong) Cothran.  She was a faithful member of the East Side Baptist Church in Russellville for over 50 years.  She is survived by her husband Morris Hyams of Russellville, son Kevin Hyams (Kimberly) of Bowling Green, son Brian Hyams of Russellville, Aunt Helen Armstrong of Russellville, niece Wanda Mayhew of Russellville, 6 grandchildren, 1 step grandchild, 1 great grandchild, 1 step great grandchild, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Visitation will be Friday March 22, 2024, from 4 to 8 pm at Kirby Funeral Services and Saturday March 23, 2024, 9-11 am at East Side Baptist Church with the funeral to follow beginning at 11:00.
