Billy Dave Short, 51, of Russellville passed away on Wednesday February 26, 2025 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of Hopkinsville.   He is survived by his parents Rayburn & Kim Short of Russellville, former wife Cecilia Short of Lewisburg, son Rayburn "R.J."
