Charlotte Ann Collins 80, of Russellville passed away on Monday November 18, 2024 at her home.  She is the daughter of the late James "J.E." Edward Wood Jr. & Velma (Hurt) Wood also preceded in death by a brother Darrell Wood.   She is survived by her husband Ray Collins of Russellville, son Calvin Naylor (Tracy) of Russellville, son Chris Oslonian (Mindy) of Chandlers, son Dan Collins (Agnes) of Bowling Green, daughter Rita Lear (Timmy) of Clifty, KY, brother Doug Wood (Wanda) of Elkton, sister Shelia Wilson (Troy) of Elkton, grandchildren; Christian Naylor(Gabby), Micah Naylor (Grace), Jacob Naylor (Abi), Jeri Ann Lear White ( Kamryn),  Landen Sadler,  Charleigh Brown, Millie Oslonian, 3 great grandchildren; Rosemary Naylor, Zion Naylor, Luka Naylor, and Nora White on the way, and many nieces & nephews.  Charlotte loved life and everyone in it.  She was a huge Dallas Cowboys Fan along with UK Basketball.  She spent time working in Dr. Singhs office where she loved helping others.   Visitation will be on Saturday November 23, 2024 from 9am to 11am with Pastor Christian Naylor officiating the Celebration of Life at Walnut Grove Parkside.  Kirby Funeral Services Russellville entrusted with arrangements.  Online register book can be found at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com
