Dr. Danny Stratton, age 74, passed away Sunday January 5, 2025 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky. The Logan County native was the son of the late Anthony "Tony" Stratton and Janie Kathryn Richardson Stratton, in addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, son in law, David Glisson, one grandchild, Coty Stanley and his twin brother Lanny Stratton. Dr. Stratton lived a true and godly life. He was in the UPC ministry for 50 years and pastored Impact Church for over 40 years and current pastor of Life Temple in Lewisburg, KY. He is survived by his wife of 56years, Rita Whitescarver Stratton, his daughters, Donna Stanley (Jerry), Ashley Glisson, Maura Stratton and Oceana Stratton Graham, grandchildren, Ashton, Jordan, Madison and Ireland Glisson, and Justin and Alyssa Stanley, great grandchildren, Rowen and Finley Stanley, brothers, Michael Stratton (Judy), Bobby Stratton, Johnny Stratton (Brenda), Mark Stratton (Connie), Marvin Stratton (Annette and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday January 10, 2025 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Saturday January 11, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM followed by the Funeral Service beginning at 12:00 PM at Impact Church, 140 Hunter Ct Bowling Green, KY. J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel have been entrusted with arrangements.
