David L. Skrepenski (Dave), 73 of Russellville, KY formerly of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully on March 10, 2026. Dave was born on July 18, 1952 to the late Richard and LaVern Skrepenski. He is also preceded in death by his 2 brothers; Richard Skrepenski and Daryl Skrepenski and his sister Debra Piotrowski. He is survived by his children; David L. Skrepenski II (Crystal) and Crystal Palmer (Raul) and his loving significant other for 16 years Julie Perdue. Dave is also survived by his grandchildren that he loved dearly Authumn Harris (Jay), Charles 'Chaz' Metroff, Ashley Cole (Robert), David Palmer Jr. (Lizzy), Charlene Palmer and Robert Conley III; 9 great grandchildren and 1 on the way and has several nieces and nephews. He shared a very close bond with Michael Martin and Elizabeth Crowley. Cremation was chosen and entrusted to Kirby Funeral Services Russellville.
