Doris 'Faye' Buchanan Price, 80, of Auburn passed away at her home on March 22, 2025. She is the daughter of the late Floyd 'Elmo' Buchanan and Madie Maxwell Buchanan. She is also preceded in death by her son Tim Wright, husband Weldon Price, Siblings; Darrel Buchanan, Wanda Rives, Mary Ann McDonald, Ronnie Buchanan, Delores Burden and E.J. Buchanan. Faye is survived by her daughter Chiquita Bozarth Parrish (Jay)of Auburn, KY; Step Daughters of Louisville, KY -  Ginny Williams (Mark) and  Kim Price Jackson; adopted daughter Cori Simpson (Sean)of Auburn, KY; Granddaughters, Nichole Williams and Olivia Davis (Brad); Grandsons, David Parrish, William Wright, Steven Jackson and Brian Williams; Great grandson, Owen Parrish and Gibson Davis; Special Brother in law Kenneth McDonald and sister in law Karen Bozarth Willis (Larry) and several nieces and nephews. Faye loved her family and her little dog Toby. She really enjoyed reading, working jigsaw puzzles and working in her yard. She also loved to scroll through Facebook and see all the pictures. She is a graduate from Drakesboro High School, class of 1962. She was a nurse for 11 years at the Medical Center where she retired from. Faye loved The Lord and was a member of Auburn Baptist Church.   Faye chose to donate her body to science and will be cremated.  Please keep the family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
