Frankie Leon Cage Jr. 41, of Olmstead passed away Saturday January 20, 2024 at Vanderbilt Medical Hospital.  He was born in Russellville, Ky to the late Frankie Lee Cage & Ruby (Brown) Cage also preceded in death by grandparents Sylvester Cage Sr. & Willa Dean Hardesty Cage.  He is survived by his loving Wife Lisa Cage, son Gabriel Forgy of Lewisburg, Cadin Switzer of Campbellsville, step son Chyle Blackford (Amy) of Auburn, step son Chad Blackford of Auburn, 5 grandchildren,  step sister Casey Sellars of Bowling Green, aunt Trevina Jefferson Cage of Russellville, aunt Debbie Cage of Russellville, cousin Carla Splawn of Texas, cousin Lori Bilyeu of Olmstead, cousin Annsayus Luna of Clarksville, and cousin Sylvester Cage III.  Frankie loved to trade and collect things.  He will be missed by many and a celebration of life service will be held at 11am Saturday January 27th 2024 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church   375 Cedar Grove Road Olmstead, KY with Pastor Perryn Dillard Sr. officiating.  Kirby Funeral Services entrusted with care and arrangements.  Online obituary and register book can be found at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com
