Fredia Joyce Watkins, 75, of Olmstead passed away at her residence on Thursday May 9, 2024.    She was the daughter of the late R.C. Bobbett & Betty Carter also preceded in death by a brother Mitchell Bobbett, brother William Carter, sister Patricia Price, & sister Beverly Young.  She is survived by her husband Charles Watkins of Olmstead, KY, son Doug Haley of Auburn, KY, son Paul Lynn Frazier of Bowling Green, KY, son Brent Frazier Williamson of Edmonton, KY, son Terry Frazier of Glasgow, KY, brother Ricky Bobbett of Russellville, KY, sister Sheila Sloan of Franklin, KY, sister Debbie Bobbett of Russellville, KY, several grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.  Visitation will be on Monday May 13, 2024, from 11am to 2pm in the chapel of Kirby Funeral Services Russellville with Bro.
