Gary Lewis Campbell 69, of Russellville passed away on Saturday September 13, 2025 at his residence surrounded by family.  He was born on September 21, 1955 in Elizabethtown, Ky to the Late W.L. Campbell & Edna Chapman Lawson also preceded in death by a son Joshua Lewis Campbell (J. L.) and a sister Margaret Ann Johnson. Gary is survived by his wife Kathy Taylor Campbell of Russellville, daughter Selina Campbell Blick (Bryan) of Russellville, sister Connie Campbell (Lynn), & beloved grandchildren Colten & Sydni Blick. Gary loved his family and friends and was often found volunteering wherever he saw a need. He was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Auburn, Ky. He also loved his country and proudly served 21 years in the U.S. AirForce.  He retired from Logan Aluminum after 16 years, worked for Orthopedic Plus for 2 years and then for Logan County School System at Auburn Elementary and Logan County High School FMD centers.

Visitation will be held on Friday September 26th in the chapel of Kirby Funeral Services Russellville from 5 to 7 pm and 10am to 12 noon on Saturday with a celebration of life at 12 noon.  Military honors to follow at First General Baptist Church Cemetery.  Please keep the family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.  In Lieu of flowers donations can be made the Logan County Schools FMD Centers.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
