Geraldine Posey, 75, of Russellville passed away on July 29, 2022 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.  She is the daughter of the late Lewis Hampton & Lucille (Viers) Hampton.  She is survived by her husband James (Goat) Posey, Children Walter Hampton of Russellville, Joyce Hampton of Russellville, Frenchelle Dickerson (Donnie) of Russellville, Loretta Posey McCoy of Russellville, & Anothny Posey  (Josie) of Saginaw, Texas, step daughter Melana Posey Harper( Gordon) of Morgantown, Brother Dalmatia Hampton of Russellville, brother Abra Hampton of Russellville, sister Auroa Hampton of Russellville, sister Donita Hampton of Russellville, 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren,  2 step grandchildren, 1 step great grandchild,   numerous nieces and nephews.  A graveside service will be at 1pm Monday at Memorial Gardens in Russellville.  Kirby Funeral Services Russellville entrusted with the arrangements.  Online condolences and more can be made at kirbyfuneralservices.com.  Please keep the family and friends in your prayers.
