Grace Kay Whatley of Russellville, born and passed away on September 10, 2021 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green, she is survived by his mother Wanda Whatley, Grandparents James & Tracey McGowen, Great Grandfather Johnny & Nellie Carson,   siblings Kenny Ray Newman Jr., Aiden Wayne Newman, Melissa Renee Newman, Rayleigh Rayne Whatley, Mary Jean Whatley,  Aunt Amanda McGowen, Aunt Toni Whatley, Uncle Stephen Whatley, Uncle Levi McGowen,  Uncle Adam McGowen, Aunt Lindsey McGowen,  Uncle Matthew & Christopher Whatley.   She is also Survived by many nieces and nephews.
