Jeffrey "Jeff" David Garrett 61, of Russellville passed away at his residence in Russellville on Tuesday January 9, 2024.  He was born in Bowling Green, KY in 1962 to David Lee Garrett & Glenda Dalton.  He is also survived by his wife Kelly Garrett of Russellville, son Jeffrey Garrett (Sara) of Bowling Green, daughter Alyssa Mayes (Cory) of Bowling Green, daughter Amanda Lowe of Bowling Green, daughter Amber Tittle (Rich) of Bowling Green, daughter Brandie Carter (Nate) of Bowling Green, daughter Katie Ligon (Brandon) of Bowling Green, brother Mark Garrett (Elizabeth) of Bowling Green, sister Lynn Tunks (Gary) of Hendersonville, TN, grandchildren Ethan, Karson, Lexi, Ean, Shawn, Brooklyn, Gracie, Mason, & Hudson.  He loved working on cars and woodworking but most of all loved his family and grandchildren.  Visitation will be on Thursday January 11, 2024 from 3pm until 8pm in the chapel of Kirby Funeral Services Russellville with private graveside services at Bowling Green Gardens in Bowling Green, Ky.  Online guestbook and more can be found at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com
