Jerry Edward Taylor, 80, of Elkton passed away on April 29, 2025 at the Parma Medical Center in Cleveland, OH.  He was born on October 22, 1944 in Russellville, Ky to the late James & Frances Taylor.  He was also preceded in death by his brothers Johnny Taylor & Donnie Taylor.  He is survived by his Fiancé Donna Taylor of Dayton, OH, daughter Terri Taylor of Lewisburg, daughter Tina Taylor Ausbrooks of Auburn,  step daughter Cheryl Wix of Russellville , sister Cathy Williams (Warner) of Bowling Green, grandchildren; Cameron Taylor, Taylor Ausbrooks, step grandchildren Lindsay Soyars & Brandon Soyars, great grandchildren Avery Taylor & Rhaenyra Taylor, & step great grandchildren Keeton Soyars & Elijah Farmer.  Jerry was a Christian and attended the Russellville Christian Church.  He also served our country he loved.   Graveside Services will be held on Friday May 9, 2025 at Jarrett Cemetery at 2pm with Bro. Dana Reed officiating.  Kirby Funeral Services Russellville entrusted with the arrangements. A memorial service will be held at Russellville Christian Church at a later date.
