Joy L. O'Daniel, 76, of Russellville passed away on Monday May 26, 2025 at her home in Russellville.   She was born on January 22, 1949 to the late Millard Lee & Dora Sisk Kennedy.  She is also preceded in death by her husband Jesse James Daniels, brothers; Speedy Kennedy, Jake Kennedy, & Robey Kennedy.    She is survived by her son Robert Taylor (Jessica) of Michie, TN, daughter Terri Kelter (Jason) of Russellville, daughter Lisa Hale of Russellville, brother Daniel Kennedy (Susan) of Louisville, brother Bobby Joe Kennedy of Russellville, grandchildren; Saxon Hale, Eric Hale, Taylor Oates, & Tanner Chapman, great-grandchildren Branson Beadnell, Kelcie Taylor, & Nathan Taylor, along with several nieces and nephews.  Joy owned and operated Granny's Kitchen in Russellville for many years.  She loved to go thrifting and shopping along with making crafts and painting.  She always was helping others in need and loved doing so.  She adored her time with her grandchildren cherishing those moments.  Visitation will be Tuesday May 27, 2025 in the chapel of Kirby Funeral Services from 5pm to 8pm and on Wednesday from 11am to 12 with Mike Daugherty officiating services at 12 noon on Wednesday with burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.   Online register can be found at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com Please keep the family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
