Kenneth "Steve" Saunders, 67, of Russellville passed away Tuesday January 16, 2024 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.  He was born in Russellville and son to the late Kenneth Saunders & Zola Ann (Bell) Saunders.  He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Phyllis (Barger) Saunders, son  Jonathan Saunders (Holly) of Russellville, Kyle Saunders (Amanda) of Russellville, brother Mark Saunders (Lana) of Hopkinsville, and Pappy to  Carlie, Abby, Riley, Aerial, Kaliegh, Mason, Natalie, Wyatt, & Zoland.  Steve Was a Army Brat growing up living all over and continuing with his service in the Army.  He loved his family and Grandchildren along with his love for fishing.   He was a teamster with Local 480, history buff, and loved riding motorcycles.  Steves wishes were to be cremated and a service with burial at Ky Veterans West Cemetery will take place at a later date.   Kirby Funeral Services Russellville is in charge of the arrangements and ask you to please keep the family and friends in your prayers.  Online register book and more can be found at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com
