Kenneth Wayne Sweeney, 74, of Russellville passed away on Monday December 8, 2025 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green.  He was born December 7, 1951 in Greenville, Ky to the late Harvey Herman Sweeney & Amanda Avanell Sweeney also preceded in death by a sister Wanda Faye Sweeney, brother Billy Sweeney, & sister Mary Ford.   He is survived by his daughter Pamela Blick (Michael) of Russellville, grandson Christian Blick of Russellville, brother Donald Sweeney of Dunmor, KY, brother Tony Sweeney of Lewisburg, KY, sister Joyce Madden(Bill) of Rochester, N.H., & sister Belinda K. Hildabrand (Stony) of Lewisburg.   He was a member of 2nd Baptist Church, loved the Lord, his family, & church.  He was a member of the Senior Center and loved to dance.  Visitation will be on Friday from 11am to 1pm in the chapel of Kirby Funeral Services Russellville with Brother Stony Hildabrand officiating services at 1pm with burial to follow in Belmont Cemetery in Allensville.  Pallbearers will be Chris Dyer, Chris Blick, Lenoard Glenn, Tony Sweeney, Christian Blick, & Dylan Sweeney.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to 2nd Baptist Church 401 E. 2nd Street Russellville, Ky 42276.   Online register book can be found online at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com  Please keep the family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
