Krystal Faith Meadows 52, of Springfield, TN Passed away on Friday December 1, 2023, at her residence.  She is the daughter of the late James Edward Meadows & Margie Louise Honeycutt.  She is survived by her Son Dustin Meadows of Clarksville, TN, daughter Melinda Krisle (Josh) of Russellville, KY, son Jordan Meadows of Russellville, KY, brother Kyle Meadows of Russellville, KY, 7 grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.  She loved being a grandmother, gardening, and was an outstanding cook.  Cremation was her wishes.  Kirby Funeral Services Russellville entrusted with arrangements.  Online register book can be found at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com
