Leanna Kay (Lockwood) Gipson, 71, of Auburn passed away Tuesday October 1, 2024 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.  She was the daughter of the late Kenneth F. Lockwood & Lucills K. (Flood) Lockwood.   She is survived by her loving husband Dan Gipson, daughter Shelley Barnett of Florida, son Kory Gipson (Rebecca) of Auburn, son Kenneth Gipson (Amanda) of Cross Plains, TN, stepson John Gipson (Tess) of Augusta, GA, grandchildren; Katlyn Cadle, Embree Gipson, Autumn Gipson, Deven Gipson, Riley Gipson, Eli Gipson, Jeremiah Gipson, & J.R. Gipson and a great grandchild George James Cadle.  She was a member of the Woodlawn Baptist Church for 4 years, retried from Logan Memorial Hospital after being a registered nurse for over 20 plus years.  She loved her family and grandchildren, crocheting, and watching hummingbirds.  Visitation will be Friday October 4th from 5 to 8 pm with funeral at 10 am Saturday in the chapel of Kirby Funeral Services Russellville with Bro.
