Makayla Leigh Johnson, 26, of Olmstead Passed away Sunday August 25, 2024 in Adams, Tn.  She is survived by her father Micah Wayne Johnson (Stacy) of Olmstead, KY,  mother Kathryn Leigh Gillespie (Kent) of Richmond, KY,  maternal grandparents Emily & Jerry Agee of Richmond, KY, paternal grandparents Dan & Wanda Grayson of Olmstead, KY, brother James Hunter Johnson of Russellville, and many other extended family & friends.   She is preceded in death by her grandfather James Johnson. She was a graduate of Olmstead Elementary & Middle School then attended and became a graduate of Logan County High School.  Makayla loved her family, spending time with her dogs, attending concerts, kayaking the Red River, and adventures in her jeep.  Visitation will be Saturday August 31, 2024 from 10am to 1pm in the chapel of Kirby Funeral Services Russellville with a Celebration of her life at 1pm with private burial to follow in the Johnson Family Farm Cemetery in Olmstead, KY.   Online register book can be found at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com Please keep the family and friends in your prayers.
