Shirley Kenner Perkerson

Born April 30th, 1945 to the late Helen K. Kennedy and John D. Kenner, passed away on January 25th,2024 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY.  She was a retired florist and a member of the First General Baptist Church of Russellville.  She is preceded in death by her brothers, Leland D. Kenner, Gary Kenner, son Joseph Adler (Joey).  She is survived by her husband Michael Perkerson, 4 daughters Janie Lyons (Larry)   of Russellville, Shelly Johnson (Skeeter)of Russellville, Melanie Williamson (Mark)of Dawson Springs, Susan Ficklin on Charlotte, TN, 3 brothers; Jerry Kenner (Judy) of Lewisburg, Mark Kennedy (Sheila) of Russellville, Keith Kenner of Louisville, sister Sandy Taylor (Edward) of Russellville, 8 grandchildren; John Lyons (Reianna) of Russellville, Todd Adler (Dedra) of Russellville, Alex Powers of Dawson Springs, Devon Adler of Charlotte, TN, Tyler Williamson of Clarksville, TN, Sarah Jo Glover (Jordan) of Lewisburg, Joseph Morris of Tiptonville, TN, Morgan McCrary (Josh) of Bowling Green, 12 great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.  She has chosen Cremation with a celebration of life to be held later with Kirby Funeral Services Russellville entrusted with all arrangements.  Online register book can be found at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com Please keep the family and friends in your prayers.
