Susan Lee Evans, 75, of Russellville passed away on Tuesday April 29, 2025 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green.  She was born on November 16, 1949 in Pomona, CA to the late Carl Daniel Crawford & Jean Ann Crawford.   She was also preceded in death by her husband Michael Evans.  She is Survived by her brother Robert Scott Crawford of Bullhead City, AZ, sister Nancy Crawford Kuelbs (Mick) of San Diego, CA., sisters-in-law Rebecca Evans-Boden(Jim) of Russellville, & Sally Jean Simpson(Randy) of Russellville.  Cremation was chosen and entrusted to Kirby Funeral Services Russellville.
