Vickie Diane Blackwell,64 of Russellville, passed away on Tuesday November 4, 2025, in a tragic house fire.   She was born in West Virginia on September 8, 1961, to the late Robert Davis & Helen Juanita Daniels. Vickie is also preceded in death by her daughter Brandy (Browning) English and granddaughter Victoria (Browning) Cabrera. She is survived by her husband Robert Blackwell of Russellville, daughter Tosha Hagy (Jimmy) of VA, son Joe Davis (Shannon) of VA, brother Jody Davis of Ohio, brother Randy Davis of VA, brother Decker Thomas Davis of TN, grandchildren; Rainbow Browning, Jazzmin Browning, Brittany Davis, Nathan Browning, Annabelle Hagy, Dustin Browning, Brooks Davis, Lydia Davis, & 10 great grandchildren.   A Visitation will be on Saturday November 15 in the chapel of Kirby Funeral Services from 10am to 12noon with Services at Noon.  Online registration book and more can be found online at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com Please keep the family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
