William Stephen Cisney Obituary William Stephen Cisney, 79, of Lewisburg passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026, at his home. Born January 1947, to the late Gilmon and Billie Cisney. He was a devoted family man who had a deep love for the outdoors. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Diana Love Cisney; and his daughter, Dana Celeste Cisney. Survived by his sister, his 3 sons, and his stepchildren. 

A proud veteran, William served his country with honor as a Second Lieutenant (2LT) in the Army National Guard. Throughout his civilian career, he built a life defined by hard work and grit, dedicating many years as both a coal miner and a proud member of the Teamsters.

Family will have a celebration of life at McIntosh Church held by pastor Charlie Spears Sunday 26th July 2026.
