William “Dale” Smith, 71 of Lewisburg passed away on Sunday May 24, 2026 at the Hospice House of Bowling Green. He was born in Russellville, Ky on November 11, 1954 to the late William Adam Smith & Ruby Dell Smith. He is survived by his Wife Linda Smith of Lewisburg, son William Smith Jr. (Linda) of Lewisburg, daughter Sarah Borders (Derek) of Lewisburg, daughter Tamala Smith (Yasmein) of Clarksville, brother Mike Smith of Lewisburg, brother Mark Smith (Janet) of Elkton, sister Darlene Genovese of Lewisburg, grandchildren Cameron Smith & Anna Smith. Dale loved his family, was an avid reader, camping, & fishing. Cremation with a memorial service at a later date is entrusted to Kirby Funeral Services Russellville.
