Catherine Laverne Anderson

Catherine “Cathy” Laverne Anderson (Collins) 76, of Russellville passed away on August 20,2023 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She is the daughter of the late Homer and Martha Louise Collins and also preceded in death by a son Randy Anderson. She was a Correction Officer for the Jail, loved to read, fishing at the lake, and going with her friend Linda out to eat.  She is survived by her three sons John Anderson (Holly Johnson) of Russellville, Dan Anderson of O’Fallon, IL, Ricky Clay Anderson (Jen) of Russellville; two brothers, Neil Collins (Kate) of Russellville, Wayne Collins of Russellville, and sister, Rita Collins,  grandchildren; Daniel Anderson, Brent Anderson, Daren Anderson, Juila Anderson, Alyssa Anderson, Belinda Slaughter, Sarah Anderson, Seth Anderson, Parker Anderson and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, August 28, 2023 from 4 pm to 6 pm with a celebration of life service on at 6 pm at Kirby Funeral Services Russellville. Please keep the family and friends in your prayers.
