He is survived by his son Kyryn Woolsey of Nicholasville, KY, parents Mike Woolsey (Angel) of Olmstead, KY and Barbara Parish of Inyokern, CA, his siblings; Alicia (Jeramiah) of Lancaster, KY, Kathryn Woolsey of Olmstead, KY, Alford (Renee) Adamson of Franklin, KY, Matthew Granda of Olmstead KY, Michelle Woolsey of Olmstead, KY and several aunts and uncles as well as many nieces and nephews Cremation was chosen and entrusted to Kirby Funeral Services Russellville.
