Penny Lynne Price

Penny Lynne Price, 60, of Russellville passed away Sunday May 29, 2022 at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab.  She is the daughter of the late Jesse Reed & Barbara Ann (Masten) Reed.  She is survived by her husband David Price Jr. of Hopkinsville, son Mark Price of Russellville, daughter Katie O’Halloran (Jon) of Russellville, son Jason Heltsley of Russellville, and 1 granddaughter Raye-Lynne O’Halloran.   Cremation was chosen and there will be a visitation Wednesday from 11 to 5:30 at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab.  In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family.  Online condolences and more can be made at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com Kirby Funeral Services Russellville is in charge of the arrangements.
