Our family takes great pleasure in writing this review of our experience at Kirby Funeral Service. Justin and Rebecca Kirby were professional while paying close attention to, and focusing on, listening to the family. They took to heart how they could meet our needs and address our concerns with such caring, giving, thoughtful and compassionate attitudes. The support they gave, allowed our family to experience a personal and meaningful service to honor our dear mother.
Funeral Homes in the area can offer a nice service. The Kirby’s offered much more than a nice service. They surrounded us with the spirit of love though-out our whole experience with them, and that you cannot buy. The accommodations more than met our families’ expectations while providing a warm, fresh, and uplifting environment.
We want to mention how impressed we were with the design and layout of the Kirby’s Funeral Service’s facility. They offered what one might call a multi-purpose room to accommodate our out-of-town family & friends, if we needed a neutral and intimate gathering place to share a meal, to celebrate an occasion, or to even conduct a business meeting. The inviting accommodations included round tables and chairs, big screen wall monitors, and access to the kitchen and bathrooms.
Our family will always remember how much Justin and Rebecca blessed us in honoring our mother. Several of our family members ordered DVDs and Memory Sticks of the service that Kirby’s made available. They were so well done and made for a wonderful keepsake.

Kindness, compassionate, spirit of excellence. These are three of the nouns that describe the services Justin and Rebecca showed us during the loss of my husband, soulmate and best friend. While this was the hardest time of my life, they did everything possible to make it as easy as it could be. The kind words and compassion shown to us was so much appreciated. They took the time to answer what seemed like my thousand questions. The spirit of excellence from beginning to end was second to none. I prayed asking God for guidance as to what funeral home would not only give my husband the respect he deserved but would also give me the opportunity to tell you about my Jesus.. As usual, God showed up. It was clear I was to use Kirby. From the first phone call made, they have gone above and beyond to help me in any way they can. They have made countless trips to my house for various reasons. They are still reaching out to me to make sure I am ok and to see if there is anything they can do for me. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done and everything they continue to do for. While the journey I am on right now is a difficult one, I will continue to choose joy. I can't thank Rebecca and Justin enough for continuing on this journey with me and for everything they have done.

Just want to start off by saying a BIG thank you to Justin & Rebecca Kirby at Kirby Funeral Services. They made our hard time alot less stressful. Justin went over every option for our loved one, and made his celebration of life beautiful.
Justin and Rebecca was so respectful and helpful during our families difficult time. They made us all feel just like we was apart of their own family. Sadly, I have had to make arrangements for several love ones, but no where has been more helpful and loving as the Kirbys.

Justin and his staff made such a hard time a little easier. We had options here that we had not even thought of before. From the time he came to get our sweet momma til today several weeks later he has been kind and very attentive to our family. Talk to your family and discuss their wishes that way there isn’t any doubt about their wishes. Mom chose cremation and we had a beautiful celebration of life. He even let our bossy family move some furniture around to suit our needs. Justin handled all the behind the scenes details and even reminded us of so many things we may have forgotten in our grief. The facility is so peaceful and beautiful. You can tell so much thought and love went into the planning to make this a different experience. There is a beautiful chapel, several wonderful conversation spots, and you even have the option of an on site meal in the banquet room which was one of our favorite options. Justin and his staff take such good care of your loved one. We can never thank him enough for making such a hard time as easy as he could possibly make it. You all are such a blessing to us.

After the recent passing of my mother I found myself, like so many others, not only devastated but just completely lost. I realized very quickly that there were many decisions to be made and made fairly quickly as well. One of which was what funeral home did I want to come pick her up from the hospital. With the help of my pastor we chose Kirby's in Russellville. From that point on the decisions just kept coming and came with what seemed like more urgency to be made than the one before. At this point not only am I Idevastated but now I am also very overwhelmed. Justin very quickly picked up on this and, held my hand so to speak, and very slowly and thoroughly walked me through each and every one and in a manner that made the feeling being overwhelmed just seem to disappear. He and his wife went so far above and beyond just the call of their work that I have no doubt in my mind that had that been either one of their mothers laying there that there would have been a single thing done differently. Losing someone you love is never easy and there will always be the devastation that goes along with it, but with the services that Kirby funeral home offers I can assure you that it will be as painless and non stressful as something like that can be. No words could ever express the gratefulness and appreciation that I have for Justin and Rebecca. Thank you for helping me and my family through one of the hardest things I have ever faced. My sister passed and her daughter let hospital call another funeral home so next day Kirbys funeral home was notified and with out hesitation Justin went and got her God answered our prayers 🙏through it all and let us meet Justin and his lovely wife Rebecca who made her funeral into a celebration of life they were so loving and caring and the great part is you dont have to wait to feel the comfort and the love all you have to do is call schedule a appointment to discuss your funeral arrangements or a loved ones arrangements I give you my word you won't regret their services ❤ to the Boggs family to the Kirby family

My father passed away very suddenly and my first call was to Justin, he took care of everything without hesitation and the service was impeccable. Justin made my entire family feel cared for, that was very important to all of us. I will be calling him again when we have another loss in our family.
